Product Introduction

High Alumina Brick is a premium refractory material made from high-quality bauxite with an alumina (Al₂O₃) content exceeding 48%. It offers high refractoriness, excellent thermal stability, superior compressive strength, and strong resistance to slag and abrasion, making it suitable for prolonged service under high-temperature conditions.

Applications include blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, rotary kilns, cement kilns, lime kilns, glass furnaces, and various industrial heating equipment. High alumina bricks are widely used as furnace linings, walls, roofs, and other critical refractory structures in the steel, cement, metallurgy, and chemical industries.

Feature:

  • High refractoriness.
  • High temperature strength.
  • High thermal stability.
  • Neutral refractory.
  • Good resistance to acid and basic slag corrosion.
  • High refractoriness under load.
  • High temperature creep resistance
  • Low apparent porosity

Application:

High Alumina Bricks are suitable for a wide range of high-temperature industrial applications, including:

  • Blast Furnaces
  • Hot Blast Stoves
  • Steel Ladles
  • Reheating Furnaces
  • Cement Kilns
  • Tunnel Kilns
  • Boilers
  • Coke Ovens
  • Carbon Furnaces
  • Glass Furnaces
  • Steelmaking Furnaces
  • Other Industrial Kilns and Thermal Equipment

They are widely used in the steel, cement, glass, metallurgy, chemical, and power industries.
